Biografia
Dr Fogelson is a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon in practice in Portland, OR. He is the founder of Northwest Endometriosis and Pelvic Surgery, where he has a practice focused on endometriosis, pelvic pain, and gynecologic surgery. In this practice he offers advanced endometriosis excision surgery, including management of complex cases involving bowel, urinary tract, and upper abdomen. He is also training in the field of Neuropelveology.

Dr Fogelson trained in general OB/GYN at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. After six years of academic practice Dr Fogelson completed a pelvic surgery fellowship at Emory University's Division of Gynecologic Oncology. He practiced at Emory subsequently, developing their MIS and endometriosis programs and serving as Chief of Service for gynecologic surgery at Grady Memorial Hospital, a large tertiary urban hospital in Atlanta, GA.
