Biografia
Dr. Edouard Pélissier is a recognized French specialist in general and visceral surgery and cancerologist. Coordinator at The Hernia Institute Paris, Member of the French Académie Nationale de Chirurgie, Member of the New York Academy of Sciences and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Pélissier has published over 100 articles in national and international medical journals and is the co-author of numerous scientific works, especially in the field of digestive cancerology. In 2012, he also published a book "La brioche tue plus que le cholestérol" (eng. A brioche is more deadly than cholesterol), which discusses the problem of chronic inflammation and its link with civilization diseases.
