Dear Esteemed Colleagues and Participants,
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we extend a warm welcome to all of you to the 9th MENA Stroke Congress, scheduled to be held from 28 to 30 September 2023 at the InterContinental hotel in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the largest stroke congress in the MENA region, we are honored to gather here following the tremendous success of our predecessors held in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Egypt in 2022, 2021, and 2020 respectively.
The 9th International Middle East and North Africa Stroke Congress serves as a timely and essential platform for addressing the challenges of stroke prevention, management, and rehabilitation. Our focus lies in fostering innovation and collaboration in the field, and we are privileged to organize this congress in collaboration with the Saudi Stroke Society (SSS) and the Saudi Society of Neurological Interventions (SSNI).
What makes this gathering truly exceptional is the simultaneous hosting of the 11th Annual Saudi Stroke Society Conference and the 1st Annual Saudi Society of Neurological Interventions (SSNI) Conference. By combining these prestigious events with the 9th MENA Stroke Congress, we have created a unique opportunity for experts in the field to exchange knowledge, share insights, and collaborate towards enhancing stroke management.
The congress committee has worked diligently to build upon the historical success of previous congresses, and we are proud to present a robust program featuring renowned international and regional faculty. Over the course of two days, more than 50 speakers of distinguished caliber, including experts in neurology, cardiology, radiology, neurointervention, and rehabilitation, will present cutting- edge topics related to stroke. The knowledge shared during this congress will undoubtedly contribute to advancing stroke care and improving patient outcomes.
We enco urage you to actively participate in the various scientific sessions, workshops, and discussions, as well as take advantage of the networking opportunities available. This congress provides a platform for exchanging ideas, forging new collaborations, and exploring innovative approaches to stroke management.
On behalf of the congress presidents, we extend our sincere gratitude to all the participants, sponsors, and organizers who have contributed to making this event possible. We hope that the 9th MENA Stroke Congress will be an enriching experience for all, leaving a lasting impact on stroke care in the MENA region and beyond.
We look forward to welcoming you to Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for an exceptional congress that celebrates knowledge, collaboration, and excellence in stroke management. Warm regards.
