SAGES 3rd NBT Innovation Weekend

WELCOME TO SAGES 3RD NBT INNOVATION WEEKEND!

For those who have attended SDTS or NBT in the past, participants know that the Summit is designed to be a different type of surgical meeting. It is a place where industry and providers can have an open dialogue about innovations in surgical technology and surgical practice.

The agenda is structured to allow for all participants to engage in the discussion. Industry participation is welcome and attendees are encouraged to voice their opinions right next to surgeons and physicians. We want to foster comments, questions, and debate from everyone who has a reasoned viewpoint of how surgery is going to change in the next 5 to 10 years.

Industry booths will again be located inside the meeting room. This is set up in hopes of creating cross talk between the surgical stakeholders that could lead to new adoption of techniques from one specialty to another. Both days are committed to looking at advancing technologies for gastrointestinal and endoscopic surgery, and in particular, innovations focused on minimally invasive and less invasive intervention

This year’s Innovation Weekend will also include the 16th International NOSCAR Summit, sponsored by SAGES and ASGE, which will feature the newest advances in Transvaginal NOTES, POEM, and other topics in endoluminal surgery.

There are many opportunities to engage at this year’s Innovation Weekend. So once again, welcome and please speak up and have fun.

All participants will be required to present proof of vaccination at the time of badge pick-up.
