This course provides basic ultrasound principles, image orientation, and acquisition with standard views. Participants will improve their skills level of non-imaging specialists for the ultrasonographic evaluation and management of life threatening conditions. Participants will also review and practice ultrasound guided bedside ICU procedures. The competence level of participants will be measured by rotating through the skills stations.
